A personal, non-exclusive license to use the iOS, iPadOS, and Mac apps for your household. You may not reverse-engineer, resell the service, or scrape other families’ community or marketplace content.

One parent creates the household. Others join by invite. You are responsible for the password and for who holds a signed-in device. Kids must not be given the parent gate / Face ID path as a toy.

No abuse, scraping, or using Co-op / Community / Marketplace to harm minors. Report tools: spam, abuse, inappropriate, other.

You keep rights to your books, photos, and notes. You grant us a license to host them so the app works, and — if you post or share a plan — to show them to other families you shared with. You can unshare. Finished schoolwork belongs to the family; we don’t claim it.

Sunhouse is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. There is no purchase flow on this website. Kids never see a purchase screen.

Yearly is $59 USD per year. Monthly is $7.99 USD per month. Apple may charge a localized equivalent. One subscription covers the household on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial that starts the first time you open Today. Payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage and cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free introductory offer is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

After onboarding, the app requires an active subscription, a valid introductory offer, or a redeemed offer. The demo family on the welcome screen stays free and does not require an account. Founder access is through Apple offer codes, capped at 20.

State report templates for Texas, Florida, and New York are marked needs verification. They are not a filing. They are not legal advice. GPA and credits are numbers you enter and confirm. Imported transcripts from other schools travel as files; they are not merged into GPA.

Hazel can propose and, unless you turn on “Ask before money & schedule changes,” can apply supported actions (schedule, books, Mom Bucks, videos, field trips). You remain responsible for what lands on the calendar. Apple Intelligence and third-party models can be wrong.

Play money inside the family. Not real currency. Not redeemable with us. Not an in-app purchase.

Sunhouse name, sun mark, and app UI are ours. Sentient is Indian Type Foundry / Fontshare. Bundled morning verses use the World English Bible (public domain); quotes are public domain.

The app is provided as-is. We work hard at it; we do not warrant uninterrupted service or that a state will accept a PDF.

Standard cap: fees paid in the last 12 months or $50 if none, to the extent allowed. No consequential damages.

You won’t use the community to post unlawful content and will cover us if you do.
